Okay so its back, but not without a few restrictions. So, first you have to see if your KMart is participating. and then you have to sign up for Shop Your Way Card from Kmart, which is nothing more than there store club card. Now once that is done, you need to know that you can only double up to $2 on 5 coupons each day! I went to the Elkton Kmart and found many things that I can double my coupons with!
